 No 13 goals this time. Then again, no problem.  Carli Lloyd scored twice, while Julie Ertz added a goal of her own to lead the United States women’s national team to a 3-0 win over Chile on Sunday, advancing to the knockout stage  The Americans, who scored a World Cup record 13 goals in their opener last week against Thailand, joins Canada, England, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, Netherlands and Sweden as nine of the 16 teams to qualify for the next round  USWNT was ripped for what critics called over-the-top celebrations in its rout of Thailand, which Lloyd seemed to respond to by appearing to golf clap after her first goal  The team defended its actions immediately.  “I think it’s disrespectful if we don’t show up and give our best and play our game for 90 minutes,” star Alex Morgan told ESPN “It’s disrespectful to the Thai team. And I believe they wanted us to play them straight up
