hey the rivalries showdown and lost to Arizona State and football will undoubtedly linger with the Wildcats as they get through the offseason and look out for that home opener on August 24th against Hawaii that’s right the 2019 football schedule for the Wildcats has just been released and here’s a complete list of the games Arizona opens up at Hawaii then they will play three shade home games against NAU Texas Tech and UCLA then a trip to Colorado followed by a return to the Old Pueblo for Washington then the cat’s hit the road for California to take on USC and Stanford after that it’ll be a homecoming at Arizona Stadium against Oregon State then a trip to Oregon back home against Utah and they finished the schedule on the Friday after Thanksgiving against Arizona State hey meanwhile props are due to Arizona sophomore JJ Taylor he would earn first-team All pac-12 honors after rushing for over fourteen hundred yards surprisingly Collin schooler did not get first or second team on defense and was an honorable mention tackle PJ Johnson receivers Shawn Poindexter and special teamer Thomas Reed the 3rd also were all packed off honorable mentions hey we are just over three weeks away from the Nova home loans Arizona Bowl Nevada will be smacking helmets with Arkansas State and get this there are a handful of Tucson connections on the Nevada squad here’s a homecoming for you former Arizona defensive coordinator under Rich rod Jeff Casteel now has a similar position on the Nevada coaching staff he will be back in his old stomping grounds at Arizona stating remember his son Jake right there also suited up for South Point and then NAU safeties coach Mike Chiu Morris was an assistant with rich rod in 2012 as well and players on the Nevada roster well the freshman linebacker Giovanni Miranda you’ll return to his home state Madonna has suited up in Tucson when his high school she’s got still swaro has played here also fellow linebacker Josiah Bradley his suited up for Scottsdale saguaro as well of course that team very used to playing here in Tucson so it’ll be a homecoming at least for the state for them but hey great to see Jeff Casteel the the longtime Tucson resident who has a lot of Tucson ties here and especially with the U of A during the rich rod era he will be back here in Tucson should be good right great news there Paul thank you so much all right coming back we will have your last check of weather
