What I want to talk about now is running and
dribbling. Basically this is all about trying to speed up and slow down for maintaining
control of the ball. How are you going to do this? Is through soft touches and multiple
touches on the ball with your stride.
What you want to do is start slow jog then speed up maybe run a little bit then slow
down, jog spread out and just keep changing tempos, alternating your feet. One thing that
is important is to use the shoe laces of your feet for the most part to put the ball out
in front of you. Because that way your foot stays straight and you don’t trip over self.
