Soccer – Corner Kicks : Spinning the Ball Towards Goal in a Corner Kick
ArticlesBlog

So now what I want to talk about is using
spin and curve to help you with your strategy in a corner kick. Now, the first thing you
can do is shoot it into the goal, by curving it and bananaing it out and it. So, from this
side, I’m right-footed, so I’d be using the outside of my foot to put a leftward spin
on it, to curve it in. So, basically, you want to curve it right around the near post,
and so it just dips right in the goal. And just keep practicing it. You’re
not going to want to be doing this all the time, but its good practice; it will help
you with your spin.

  1. oh crap he's so awesome. not. for real, don't take that advice. much easier to use your left foot with the inside, even if you're right-footed. playing with both feet makes you a much better player anyways..

  2. you suck im a thirteen year old boy from sweden and i could kick your ass in football or as you say it soccer !

  3. 'I'm right footed, so I should use my right foot.'
or, you could have worked on both feet when you were younger so it wouldn't matter…
