hello guys singh freestylers are back with another tutorial which is juggling a football you must be thinking that we have uploaded this video earlier but our subscribers know that how was that video nothing was clear in that video so we read many comments of you people that you people said that make a proper video for juggling a soccer ball in which you must give full information about juggling you people can do 20 juggles at a time but the ball always falls or sometimes 50 but you may have experienced that you have a hard time trying unlimited juggling but if you want to become a very good football freestyler and a very experianced freestyler your juggling should be so much perfect that you are just doing juggling easily till you are exhausted you are just juggling the football in this video we will also show you every mistake that you people make doing juggling so lets start this video first of all let us talk about which shoes is perfect for football freestyle first of all remember one thing that you have to wear shoes not slippers or sandals or bare footed you have to wear proper shoes and then you have to train for freestyle and the best shoes for freestyle football are which has a slightly broader surface area above its head and it must be lightweight with a little bit grip it is best shoes for freestyle football also some other points that the sole of the shoes must be also wider like you can see my shoes are also wider and the front of the shoes are also broader and also from the down side of the shoes and they are also very light weight and link is provided in the description . and other freestyle football shoes as well at an affordable price you can check out there but remember on thing that if you are practicing freestyle football you have to practice in that shoes only not in different shoes . you will not be able to do freestyle so just do practice only with one pair of shoes you will gain a better control of the ball let talk about how much air should be in the ball to do good freestyle the air should be that much only ball should a little bit suppress the air should not be filled like a rock if you are a beginner you will not be able to do the freestyle but if you are expert then you can do it the air should be that much only ball should a little bit suppress so guys this is important so guys i am thinking that you are beginner so you have to practice like this for the STEP -1 in this STEP drop the ball on the ground and do a kickup you have to do the kickup like this your main goal in this step should be you have to find the sweet spot in your foot where the ball bounces on your foot easily so you dont have to do the too much hardwork . you should do smart work . the main goal is you have to find the sweet be able to under stand like this . on which part of the foot you have to hit but you have to find your own sweet spot by doing regular practice the sweet spot vary from person to person it can be a 2 we will show you the mistake you will make in Step-1 when you are hitting the ball like this it can happen that ball is going forward it can happen like this that ball is coming towards your body the only reason is that your foot position is like this means it is bending forward if it is coming backward your foot position is like this bend backwards your laces should be parallel to the ground when you are doing kickup like this your foot should not be like this , this and this your laces part should be parallel to the ground but you will not be able to understand like this only you will understand this while doing regular practice by practicing you will be able to figure out how you have to put your laces parallel if you have learned previous Steps perfectly then only come to these steps otherwise not you should go back and see that steps first now in this step you have to bounce the ball of the ground and then kickup with the strong foot and again you have to let the ball bounce of the ground and kickup with your weak foot repeat this steps again and again bounce kick bounce kick bounce this ground is uneven so im not able to do perfectly you should practice on an even surface the thing you have to keep in mind while doing this is that the ball should bounce b/w your feet like this you have to perfect that thing in this step only is that your football should bounce b/w your feet like this . not like this not like this the ball should bounce straighten b/w you feet and legs in this way the control of your foot the main thing is that you have to do it from both the feet in this way you will learn it from the beginner level then only you will move to the next level like this so lets check it out again if you have done previous steps now this step is very very very important in this we will talk about your body positioning while doing juggling you have to keep your back little bit straight is not that you are leaning down and doing juggling your posture will become poor while doing juggling you have to keep your back little bit straight and your face should be a little bit bend downwards and your body should be free you should not do it like a robot not like this you have to free your body freestyle means you have to free your body and to tricks with the ball in the previous step you have to free your body as well as other steps also you can balance your body with help of your hand not like a robot ball will go here and there but you will able to gain more control by regular practicing guys you previous steps are perfect lets practice the next step in this way you have to drop the ball and juggle it with both the foot again repeat these steps and now check my body positioning and how im freeing my body and you have to drop the ball in front of your body check all this very carefully ball will go here and there it doesnt matter you only have to try your best this is uneven surface thats why im not able to do it properly as you can see i was making a mistake my body was not straight you have to keep the body straight and also free your body now in next step i will remind you about the STEP -2 you have to drop the ball like this and and then you have to juggle straightly without bounce with your right foot then with left foot and then repeat if you are perfect with this step if the ball is coming back in your hand easily then the next STEPS will be very easy for you do it properly like this do it like this not like this and other wrong ways in-our tutorial we try to tell you properly so that you can understand properly we try to give you easiest and best information in a good way so that you dont confuse and guys in next step you have to become more better as we are moving forward you have to become better oh sorry let the ball bounce of the ground and you have to try to do more juggles like you have done only 2 juggles in the previous steps you have to try to do more and more juggles like this you will improve very fastly from 2 juggles to 4 juggles to 10 juggles and more and more you have to do like this only most of you people will learn juggle easily in this step but one thing is left that we have not told you yet that is back spin of the football for beginners the study of back spin of the ball is very important like i m not a beginner . i know how to juggle propeerly thats why when i am juggling the back spin of the ball is not there . back spin means ball will spin like this when you juggle as you can see after long and long practice the ball is not back spinning and that is the proper way when beginners do the ball back spins like this like this you have to gain control on the spin it means you have to practice the previous steps in such a way that even if the ball is back spinning but you have no problem but when you are doing some freestyle tricks you have to do the juggling with minimum back spin by doing regular practice your back spin will become minimum like you can see when i am juggling the back spin is minimum the ball is in control and i can do any freestyle tricks also if you are not able to juggle i will say you will not be able to juggle in your lifetime its means you are not practicing properly do practice STEP by STEP we have shown you STEPS from 0 level to highest level you have to practice like this only we have you everything you will not get any problem if
