Today we are learning how to improve ball
control on your own. Whats going on? Little dap! Its Jared Montz, former pro and coach with
OSA Soccer Camps and Online Soccer Academy. Today we have a special guest coach and thats
Santiago Velez! Santi is a former D1 college player at the

ball control using your product. Thanks Jared! Little dap everyone! Today we are going to learn three different
exercises to use the Futsolo Training ball to improve ball control on your own. First control with your feet, second with
your thigh and third with your chest. First! How It Works! The ball spins freely here and here, on an
adjustable cord with a handle. Changing the color setting will change the
tension of the cord allowing the ball to return to different parts of your body when kicked. And it feels like a real pass from a teammate! Bonus Tip! Keep your arm steady at a 90 degree angle
after kicking. This will help the ball come back to you at
the setting you set it too. If you pull up on the handle that will cause
the ball to fly back over your head. Bonus Tip! Kick the ball at a medium pace on the ground
so it returns at the ideal speed and height. DO NOT kick it so hard it returns and tries
to take your head off! Exercise One. Ball Control with your Foot. Adjust the cord to the Green setting exactly
like this. Get the cord out of the way and pass it on
the ground. As the ball zips back, control it with your
foot. Think of catching an egg. You want to cushion that egg in when you catch
it, dont let it just hit you. Otherwise the egg will crack. So when you receive the pass, cushion your
foot back. Do not, just let the ball hit you and hope

Soccer Pass for a detailed tutorial on trapping a ball. Link is in the description. Lets have Jared give it a try! Exercise Two. Ball Control with your Thigh. Adjust the cord to the red setting exactly
like this. Pass the ball on the ground and trap it with
your thigh on the return. You do not need to pass the ball in the air
to have it come back to your thigh. Pass it on the ground and the magic of the
futsolo will bring it back to your thigh. Watch the OSA video titled Control a Ball
with your Thigh for a detailed tutorial on trapping a ball. Link is in the description. Exercise Three. Ball Control with your Chest. Adjust the cord to the yellow setting exactly
like this. Pass the ball on the ground. As it pops back, trap it with your chest. Watch the OSA video titled How To Chest a
Soccer Ball for a detailed tutorial on trapping a ball. Link is in the description. Whats Wrong! If the ball is flying back over your head,
you are pulling up on the handle. Instead keep your arm steady at a 90 degree
angle after kicking. If the ball isnt zipping back to your feet
or popping up to your thighs or chest, you are letting the cord pull your arm forward. Instead, keep your arm steady and core strong

    Also random update for the high school team I play for; we got an AMAZING new coach! It's not the girls season yet, but I've seen him coach and heard very good things from my friends on the guys team! Hopefully our team will improve this year and win more games. Super excited (and really impatient lol) for my soccer season!

  3. bro i thought u were gonna teach how to do it with a regular ball. Don't advertise products. You can improve control with a regular ball and recreate his product by kicking against a wall or rebounder.
